I request a minimum of four months prior to your event to book my services to allow ample time for designing, edits, and printing. Nine times out of ten clients love the initial design, but I'm happy to adjust if you'd like some tweaks made. If extensive edits need to be made or complete design changes are requested then an additional cost will be added, and all designs must be finalized for print two months prior to your event.

Each event and request is different, so I like to create a custom package just for your needs when you fill out an inquiry form. However, to give a general idea I've included the cost of a basic package and what that includes below:

2 fully custom hand drawn designs, 100 glossy die-cut vinyl stickers (50 per design), 4 hour machine rental, sleeves & tokens, delivery within 50 miles of Kirkland WA, setup & takedown, machine attendant, custom machine front signage - $625

Additional costs apply for each custom design, temporary tattoos, extended hours, and extended travel.

Anything you can think of! Everything is hand drawn by yours truly, no AI artwork here. I have a particular style I work in, but I love doing couples portraits, pets, iconic landmarks, hobbies, logos, you name it! This is a time to express your individuality or tie in with your event's theming. Tokens are provided with your package and will have as many tokens as pulls (stickers, prints, temporary tattoos). For example if you order 50 stickers and 50 tattoos you'll get 100 tokens.

Absolutely! The only requirement is that any one design be ordered with a minimum of 50. If you want 50 temporary tattoos in one design but 100 stickers of another that can be done.

All the stickers/prints/temporary tattoos are sent out to specialized professional printers to ensure each custom design ends with a beautiful high quality product. Stickers are die-cut premium vinyl and come in either a gloss or matte finish with a maximum longest side of 3". Prints are printed on high quality 130lb uncoated cover stock paper and are 2.5" x 3.5". The temporary tattoos can be either color or black and are made of FDA compliant skin-safe inks with a maximum longest side of 3". All items will be dispensed from the machine in a standard 3" x 4.5" cardboard sleeve.

No, this machine is setup to only take the provided tokens. The tokens are slightly larger in diameter and thinner than a standard quarters so the machine won't accept quarters or any other coin.

That's totally up to you! Many clients like to let guests pick and choose what they get from the machine, so I place each distinctive item in its own vending column clearly labeled. Others love to make it a mystery, and I can mix everything together so every pull is a fun surprise for guests to reveal.

The main reason why an attendant (that's me!) will be present with your rental is to resolve any issues, although rare, that might come up. When a section runs out a locking mechanism triggers that won't allow any more tokens to be inserted. I have little 'sold out' stickers that can be placed over the designs that are no longer available or if you've ordered more inventory, I'm there to restock as needed.

This model of flat vending machine has three columns to dispense from and each column can hold up to 150 items! That means the machine can hold up to 450 items, and if it's a truly huge event, as the attendant I'm happy to re-stock additional items as they run out.

These are yours! After your event I will remove any un-dispensed items and make sure you get them.

The temporary tattoos are about twice as expensive to order the same quantity of stickers and art prints. They are so fun and wildly popular so I love to offer them as an option, but in return they need to be priced accordingly. I'm currently looking into other professional companies to compare pricing, but I also do not want to compromise on quality.

I am currently a one woman operation - owner, artist, and the machine attendant! I love interacting with guests, talking about the artwork, and helping where needed. Most of the time clients love this service, but if you'd prefer the machine stand on its lonesome I'm happy to hangout wherever you'd like me to. I do need to stay on site or within close proximity as it makes the most sense if I've travel to collect the machine after your rental time is over.

Although most folks like a customized approach, I do have a small library of pre-made artwork to inspire or even choose from. Small edits can be made to these designs such as your initials or event dates. If you'd like to select from this library in addition to custom work or in its entirety let me know in your inquiry form. The cost of a custom design will be removed from your total and a $25 fee will be added to account for any small edits and to grant usage rights for the design(s).

Sure! Not everyone wants the interactive experience of the vending machine, so I'm happy to create custom artwork, have it printed as favors, and shipped straight to you. This is also an option for anyone who likes my work but happens to be in a different state where the machine can't get to!

I'm located in Kirkland, WA and can travel within a 50 mile radius at no additional cost. If you're located outside of this area but still within WA, or your location requires a ferry ride, we can discuss additional costs to get to your location. Unfortunately if you're located outside of WA I'm not currently able to make it to you, however I am still happy to work on creating custom designs that can be printed and shipped direct to you.
